Jarret has a Master's Degree in Theology and is a dedicated Public Theologian and Justice Leader committed to cultivating community transformation through faith, education, and reentry programs. His work emphasizes liberative mission, holistic flourishing, and integrating theology with social practice to create sustainable change. He leads with lived experience as Executive Director of Testimony Inc. & Pastor at Church House CA.
Testimony Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization reimagining prison ministry that is uplifting our neighbors who have been incarcerated behind and beyond the bars through providing in-prison programs, reentry services and transitional housing.
Evangelism Next: De-Constructing and Re-Constructing Evangelism (edited by Dr. Rah and Julie B. Scott) is a 2026 collection of essays exploring holistic, justice-oriented ways to share the Christian gospel. Jarret contributed to Chapter 11.

In partnership with Fuller Seminary's Brehm Center and Fuller Equip, Jarret co-created an online course that is designed to support local churches and pastor develop a theological framework of and response to Mass Incarceration.

Pastor Jarret preaches in churches in prison and the community uplifting the gospel call for Kingdom justice, advocacy and healing to be present in the world through God's people. He also equips churches to be and do justice.
